FAQ

1. How do I get started?

Start by booking a free consultation. This gives us time to talk about your goals, lifestyle, past training experience, and what program is the best fit for you. After your consultation, you’ll be able to pick a package or online program.

2. Do I need to be in shape before starting training?

No — all fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re just beginning, getting back into the gym, or already active, I design your training based on your current level and goals.

3. Where do training sessions take place?

All in-person training sessions take place at the location we agree on after your consultation. Online clients will receive training, check-ins, and support through digital tools, video calls, and messaging.

4. How long are training sessions?

Each 1-on-1 training session is 60 minutes, including warm-up, training, core focus, and cool-down.

5. How many times a week should I train?

Most clients train 2–3 times per week for optimal progress, but it depends on your goals. Packages are designed to give you flexibility in scheduling sessions throughout each month.

6. What’s included in the online coaching programs?

All online programs include:

  • Customized training plans

  • Weekly check-ins (10–15 min via phone or video)

  • Accountability support

  • Form critiques (video submissions)

  • Updated workout plans as needed

The 8-Week Online Transformation also includes weekly progress tracking.

7. How do session packages work?

When you purchase a session package (5 or 10 sessions), you receive credits that you can use to book your in-person training sessions. Credits must be used before the package expiration date.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

I require a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel sessions.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being marked as used.

9. What’s your refund policy?

All training services, programs, and packages are non-refundable, as time and preparation are invested into each client. However, sessions can be rescheduled with proper notice.

10. Do you offer nutritional advice?

I am not a certified nutritionist, but I do provide basic guidance to support your goals—such as helping you increase protein intake, build better habits, and support your performance.

11. How do I pay for services?

All payments are made securely through Square, where you can purchase packages, online programs, or monthly plans.

12. Do you train beginners?

Absolutely. Beginner clients are welcome, and every program is adapted to your level.

13. What should I bring to sessions?

Please bring:

  • Water

  • Athletic shoes

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A positive mindset and energy

I’ll handle the rest.

14. Do sessions expire?

Yes. To keep clients consistent and progressing:

  • 5-session packages → expire in 30 days

  • 10-session packages → expire in 60 days

15. How do weekly check-ins work for online coaching?

Once per week, you’ll have a 10–15 minute check-in via phone or video to review:

  • Progress

  • Challenges

  • Wins

  • Plan adjustments

This helps keep you accountable and moving forward.
